"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Cape Coral. The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with great amenities like a coffee maker and fridge, which made my stay even more convenient. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—truly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had while traveling. But what really makes this hotel shine is the staff. From the moment I checked in, Brianna set the tone with her warm welcome and attention to detail. The level of service here goes far beyond expectations. Every interaction I had during my stay reflected genuine care and commitment to making guests feel comfortable and valued. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel taken care of. I would return here in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Brianna at check in was friendly. She was dealing with a previous guest issue ahead of me with a door dasher and handled it with care. Check in was efficient and quick as i arrived late, rooms are older but nice. Comfy beds, on the softer side. Breakfast was a good mixture. All staff is nice as they would greet me in the hallways. Can hear a little exterior noise from joining rooms, but nothing to loud. Did not use pool, but looked nice and big. Across street is a tiki hut and they had live music, that was nice to hear while unloading the car. Would recommend if coming to the area and wanting to vacation on a budget."

"Brianna who was at the front desk was amazing, welcoming with a great smile and great hospitality. Housekeeping was awesome our room was spotless and Housekeeping was always willing to help out if we needed any supplies. Paige the lady at the Front desk on Sunday evening she was so very patient with the guests that was being so rude, obnoxious and had no respect for Paige at all because the guests wanted all there 5 pets in the same rooms. Paige deserve the parents of the year award. This hotel is great..."
