"Elle was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I’ve had the longest day with delayed flights, etc and the moment I walked to the counter to check-in, she had the most infectious smile! She was so professional, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. I will continue to stay here every time I’m in SWFL because of how sweet and accommodating she was to me. Kudos to whoever trained her! Employees like that who go above and beyond need raises! Also impressed with how clean the establishment was!!! 10/10 for sure!"

"I accidentally booked thru a third party which turned into a scheduling disaster, but the very nice lady at the front desk was very kind and very patient in sorting it out for me and got me settled into a comfortable room. Very polite, very professional, room was clean....and breakfast in the morning was fine for a traveler looking for something quick, more than the usual muffins and fruit. Good choice if you're staying in Cape Coral for a few days !"
