"Zero customer service via email/text/phone. Reckless drivers operating on the roads, violating traffic laws, acting with impunity due to no consequences. I and two other vehicles were almost hit when a reckless driver cut us off to drive into our lane at the last minute with no signal light. I went to report this at the Yellow Checker Cab Company--good luck. There's nothing for customer service unless you want to book an appointment. I sent a text, received an automated text reply that someone would be in touch --never happened."

"This is by far the best cab company in the free world... I take cans everyday, they are always prompt, on time, very friendly, extremely helpful. I am 8 months pregnant and they never hesitate to assist me with loading anything I might have which I always have my fold up electric bike... it's kind of heavy and they don't even question it they just load it into the vehicle everyday. These people are amazing!!! This is a great company. Amen for Yellow Checker Cab Co."

"The driver's did a great job as usual 👏. There must have been some dispatch problems this morning. My pickup window started a 9am. I received a call around 9:30 asking if I still needed the ride? Shortly after 10am a driver showed up. In the future, when you make a call please let me know if there's a problem. I was 20 minutes late to my Dr's appointment. Luckily I called and explained why I would be late. Unlike Yellow 🚖 Cab."
