"After some difficulty signing into the app, I was very pleased with the service. We were leaving for the airport at 4:45 am. We got a text from the driver 1/2 hour before. He showed up on time. Driver got us to the airport quickly and safely. Something to know: if you aren't logged into the app as a recognized user and make a reservation as "guest" it will not be recorded on the app when you sign in later. So, you should log into the app as a recognized user before you sign up for a ride."
