"When our return flight from a cruise ended up moving to a 12:15 am arrival, we decided to look into a car service in lieu of parking and driving (or staying over in a hotel by the airport). We are very glad we did! The service from the start exceeded our expectations. The booking process was easy and communication remained strong throughout the experience. We were picked up each leg of the trip in a nice Yukon XL and it was very clean and comfortable. Pickups were punctual and as scheduled. "This review is long overdue. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Padam is absolutely phenomenal to work with and wow, the service he provides is truly top notch, incredibly professional and all with a very caring spirit. I needed transport that would do a 2 destination pick up to and from airport, and a baggage meet and greet after arrival to help with luggage. I checked with several companies and either they don't do a baggage meet and greet, or they charge an extraordinary amount. Of course, I expect to pay more for this service, but what some of these companies were asking for was nearly double the amount of the ride. The quote I received from Padam was incredibly fair and that's how my family and I started our transportation journey with him. The vehicle that he arrives in is just beautiful. It's so roomy, classy and always immaculate both outside and inside. He always has water to offer, he helps my Mom with her luggage from her front door and he's so reliable that I never have to double check on his arrival time to or from the airport. He tracks the flight on the arrival and at SJC, parks right outside the doors so it's steps away from baggage claim. He helps with our luggage from the carousel and to our front doors as he drops us off. Working with Padam takes the stress out of airport transportation. You feel like you are beginning and ending your trip in luxury! You will thank yourself for booking with him!"
