"Took a cab from airport. Driver purposefully acted that he didn’T know how to key in address The normal travel time is 15 minutes it took over an hour . He wanted to use my phone and even asked for my number to key in to his phone for directions Once arrival he persisted on only cash was accepted and after I stated no cash he asked for me to ask my guests for cash. I paid with CC to insure amount. Which was unbelievable charge Never again taxi # 352"

"I would like to give less than one star. One of their cabbies (Mahad Hashi) picked us up at the airport and completely conned us. He was also a terrible driver. But at the end, he used square to charge our card. Then he shows up at our house again and knock on the door and claims the square payment didn’t go through (it was his first time using square). He thought the payment goes to his bank instantaneously. He then wanted the same payment via Venmo or Zelle. I paid him as my husband was not home and it was night and he was standing outside our door showing me his bank account. It was a very creepy encounter. He managed to get 130 bucks for a 10 min ride from San Diego airport to Coronado by forcing us to pay twice. We even showed him how the initial payment was just pending on our credit card. He just was not leaving and claiming payment didn’t go directly from square app to his bank. I tried to explain how square is not instant like Venmo. But then he also started to tell us how he is a “religious and a poor man etc”. He told us to call after 6pm the next day and he can see if square went through. We never did as the whole situation was so creepy and disturbing. If I ever see him near my house, I will call the police. $130 lesson learned. Will never use their cabs. The cabbies seem to be thieves and poor drivers. I’ll just go back to over paying for uber. At least that isn’t as creepy as this guy. Cab services in San Diego had gotten completely shady with shady people who just completely con you."
