"Another instance of illegal and reckless driving on eastbound Athens Avenue just east of Fiddyment next to Placer County landfill/dump. Driver crossed over double line into short median area and raced past me, another car and a semi-truck. Taxi kicked up dust and debris and small rocks which hit my car. Recommend not using this taxi service!!"
