"If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently had one of the worst taxi experiences imaginable. I live just 8.6 miles from my destination, but the driver somehow managed to turn it into a 20-mile odyssey. When I questioned the absurdly long route, I was flat-out lied to, he claimed a major road was closed, which I later confirmed was completely false. This wasn’t an honest mistake—it was a blatant attempt to overcharge by padding the fare with unnecessary miles. Instead of taking the direct route, he zigzagged through back roads and detours that made no sense, all while pretending it was the only option. This kind of dishonesty is not just unprofessional, it’s insulting. I paid for a ride, not a scam. Avoid this service at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time, money, and patience."

"Place was not that great. Our hotel was nice and called to book a pick up for us at the airport. Driver showed up and they had the wrong name so it took 10min just to even get into the car. Then the meter stopped working so they couldn't charge us correctly and had us pay cash even though we said we needed to pay card. This place stresses you out more than it helps you. I dont recommend booking with this company."
