"Honestly, if I could give them 20 stars, I would! What an amazing service! I have been using VIP Transportation for two years now, and my experience has been fantastic every single time. The owner, Nick is incredibly kind and so is Connie, who usually schedules my service dates. My driver, Johnny, is so pleasant to talk to and I always look forward to my trips with him. The first time I used them, I had to go out of town for a doctors appointment and my friend was supposed to take me, but ended up not being able to go. So I reached out to VIP Transportation & Limo and booked their service. My schedule is very busy so I called at 6am in the morning, expecting to leave a voice mail, but Nick picked up right away! From the moment I called, they were professional, friendly, and communicated clearly the rates and how their service works. The driver (Bob) who I had at the time got to my house early, was very professional, and great company in the car! Thank you for making my trips such wonderful and stress free experiences!"

I made the mistake of entering the wrong date on the contact form, so when the time came…no car showed up! I called immediately prepared to experience poor service, but instead I received great service! The Owner of the company personally apologized, moved his driver’s schedules around, and rushed to pick us up. He was extremely professional, polite and accommodating. We made it to our event in style , enjoyed this company’s service, as well as their clean and quality vehicles!"
