"I really enjoyed my class time here especially with my instructor Ms.Vianey she was a real patient lady and she was super sweet to all the students in her class. And she made class feel fun and plus she gave us snack and drinks out of the kindness of her own heart. If I could I would come back and redo classes with her for the 2 week period. Hopefully one day I’ll see her again and maybe if my baby sister grows up and starts driving I’ll recommend her to come here and take classes with her!"

"My daughter enrolled in adult classes at this location, but after experiencing significant difficulty in scheduling even a single lesson, we decided to request a refund. We had paid a total of $486.00 and were informed she would receive $436.00 back. The refund was scheduled for July 9, 2025, with an expected processing time of seven to ten business days. Unfortunately, that timeframe passed without any refund being issued. We were advised to contact the center if the refund didn’t arrive, so I called on July 24, 2025. At that time, I was told the refund would be processed by the end of the week. My daughter followed up again on July 28 and was given the same response. In an effort to resolve the matter, we visited the location in person. After waiting three hours, we were told staff were still awaiting a response from the manager and she would have to wait another seven to ten business days to get her refund. Later, my daughter was informed that no communication had been received from the manager, and they would contact her once he replied. Eventually, they called around 5:00 p.m. and said she would have to wait until Monday when the manager was expected to return, as there was still no update."
