"I’ve been to the dmv in Huntington valley twice with no help. They are rude and unkind, I will not go there ever again! Came to this one in Bensalem and both times I was pleasantly surprised, the person at the desk was helpful and kind. The people at the service desks couldn’t have been nicer and a pleasure to talk to. I don’t understand the low reviews. It’s busy in there but the time (numbers) goes by pretty fast. I will continue to go to Bensalem from now on! Thank you so much!!!"

"They have a security guard but somehow we never feel safe here, she is so rude and disrespectful person that you’ll feel so small even though you pay tax for these people’s careers. The waiting is incredibly stressful. If you have a plane to do, do not coming in because you will need a whole day to be in this place."

"Nothing says "Democracy" like the DMV. It doesnt matter who you are, how much money you have or your station in life- the DMV does not care. You are no more or no less than the person next to you in line. I had to simply get my photo taken for my renewed license, but did not have a camera card due to a fire in my home. While I stood in line with the dozens trying to obtain their Real IDs I marveled at the workers at this location. These employees deserve nothing less than all of our respect. Imagining myself in their shoes did not turn out well for anyone. I could not believe how efficiently and respectfully the employees did their jobs. I promise you that were I dropped into this cauldron of anger it would not end up well for anyone. I send my sincere thanks to the employees at this location for their daily service."
