"I had a very distressing and disappointing experience with this driving school. I had booked a lesson specifically to learn highway driving and provided the updated address to the school well in advance. Despite this, they gave the instructor my old address. When I requested the instructor to come to the correct location, he eventually did—but arrived extremely agitated, red-faced, and immediately began yelling at me without giving me a chance to explain. Even after I calmly tried to share my side, he continued raising his voice, interrupting me, and creating an extremely hostile environment. I had to remind him that I’m a first-time driver, and that his behavior was not only unprofessional but also unsafe—especially while I was attempting to learn and drive under pressure. For the first 20 minutes of the lesson, I was more focused on diffusing the situation than actually learning to drive. I even offered to end the lesson and take an Uber back because of how uncomfortable and stressful it became. Unfortunately, instead of gaining confidence in highway driving, I spent 40 minutes being berated and stressed. While the core issue began with the school providing the wrong address, the instructor’s aggressive and unprofessional behavior made the situation significantly worse. This experience was emotionally draining and left me feeling unsafe. I would not recommend this school to new drivers."

"The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. I had different driving instructor since I can only commit to practicing on the weekends. I had lessons from Maria, Joseph, Maceo, Lewin, Damir, and Mya. All were great instructors. I finally passed my road test on 6/5/2025, this is my 2nd time taking it. I finally passed with near perfect score! It is all thanks to New Millennium Driving School for providing me with tips on how to be a better driver. I recommend anyone to give them a try!"

"Edit: I called this morning and found it that I was never scheduled in so no driving instructor was assigned. I understand that can happen and Im glad that it was rectified. I recently booked an appointment for a 5pm highway lesson. I paid cash, got my receipt and was told I would be picked up at my address. I left one voicemail and email. I have not received any calls, voicemails or emails from New Millennium driving school. I carved out time for this lesson and I find it unprofessional to ghost your client. I am willing to change my review is this was an honest to God mistake however I have not heard from them."
