"This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. My first class was canceled because the school “didn’t have the books”, but they still took my money without offering a refund. I can’t even go in details it’s that bad!!! For the second class, the instructor showed up late, played a video I couldn’t see, and when I let him know, he told me to leave the session and rejoin because it might be my zoom that are having trouble. I was then locked out of the class, so I called him for help he literally said, “There’s nothing I can do,” said goodbye, and hung up on me. No support, no accountability, and incredibly rude and dismissive behavior from someone who’s supposed to be teaching. I paid for a professional learning experience and got the complete opposite. Avoid this school at all costs."
