"Got 9 lessons for my son, every single lesson ended 15 mins early, the young instuctor repeatedly told my son idk what im supposed to teach you during his lessons. Today was his test and he failed. I paid for these lessons because we did not have the time to teach him like he should be taught. Save your money, go with a different company who takes this seriously. They do not. Horrible."

"Today is July 23 at 11:40am Before I when and purchase a lesson on July 12th on Saturday I called before purchasing the lady said and broke down everything that came with the 15 lessons I remember saying if Thruway and highway came with it and She said that you have to ask the instructor but she also said I could since I had a lot of lessons. On Monday July 14th call and ask the lady how long will it take for order to process and she was real rude saying that it doesnt process on Sundays so you have to wait then I called again to see when was someone will contacted me about when Im getting started and thats when another lady said that I have to wait till I get put on the schedule interesting the same day a lady name Mellssa texted. If Im paying 905$ for lessons communication should have been better either an update or something but Ok. I am spending my money service professionalism could have been better. the main reason I made this review because I was told by her that " We do not take student on the highway until they get there license" I have clear proof of those text messages. She also said no driving school should be taking me out on the highway way unless there a a license plate and" how its a liability to my life our lives and other l lives. Which i understand that but doesnt make any sense. Because Im not going to pay $900 Plus for 15 lessons cannot get any highway or thruways when I already had 5 lesson with another company. If Im paying a lot I should be accommodated regardless. A lot of unkind people her e. I do not recommend this place at all."

"My 5-hour course was supposed to be taken over zoom however it had to get rescheduled do to the fact that zoom was not responding at the time but as I never got notified about when the rescheduling will take place as I was on the phone. in fact, their biggest issue is communication It was not easy enough to get in contact with a support team and most times that you do get in hold with a support team they talk in a very aggressive tone to you signal disrespect. you need to call multiple times before you get your question answered also my call was ignored intentionally"
