DMV DRIVER LICENSE ROAD TEST START HERE

"My wife is taking the exam for the second time. Shes been driving for years. She just moved to America. They said he didnt look left or right in the first exam. In the second exam, they said that he looked a lot and did not pass it. Where can we complain about the officials who took this exam? She failed the exam because he looked too much. Its ridiculous that these officials do not take any notes during the exam. In my opinion, they deliberately leave the exam with ridiculous excuses to get money. Because he didnt make the same mistakes he made in the first exam, in the second. The things said in the first exam say the opposite in the second exam. We especially took private lessons, watched videos, we know the rules. They are trying to pass us off with ridiculous excuses. Is there any place I can complain about these officers?"
