"I enrolled my child in 2021. After the class portion was over it was difficult to schedule 8 drives. My child never completed the drives during the 9 contracted months with Top Driver. You will have to pay $150 for an extended month. I was not aware of this. I tried calling, but you have to call on the 15th to see if any drives are available. The offices are always closed and it is impossible to reach someone by phone. I paid $550 and my child have to wait until he is 18 to get his drivers license. Don’t waste your money. I am disappointed with the company. Make sure your child get their permit asap (15yrs) because they have to hold it for 9 months before they can do the road test after completion of drivers education class. The Driver’s Ed class have to be completed before you can do the road test. If not your child will have to wait until they are 18!!! This is unprofessional!!! I would give zero stars because I was ignored to the very end of the 9 month contract that I wasn’t aware of."

"Scheduling drives has been incredibly difficult. The portal opens and in less than 5 minutes and all slots are filled ( not many slots to begin with I presume ). I understand there is shortage of drivers. I once logged on 3 minutes after the portal opened to find out all slots are gone and I have to wait till the next month. Slots only open one month at a time. Wish I could schedule a couple of months out. I never thought getting just 6 drives in would be this difficult. There have been 2 or 3 months where I did not receive any communication when slots would be open. You have to constantly check the system or call the 800 number to find out no one picks up. There is $150 charge if you don’t complete the drives in time to get an extension. Terrible customer service ! I know talking to other parents I am not the only one with these grievances.Hope someone sees this and addresses the scheduling issue. I don’t see this company in business long otherwise. ————- @Naperville Top Driver - in response to your post, unfortunately I did not receive any calls in January nor was able to get through to an agent the times I tried to call. I was extended for a fee yesterday but was told all of April is not available. However, I also emailed Mr.Woods there are some drives available and I should call the number again to schedule. Please help with the issue with scheduling and I am happy to edit my review. On a positive note, the drives and classes my son was able to attend were great ! No complaints. It’s the scheduling and the customer service over the phone that is the major issue"
