"Honestly the experience was pretty bad. The lady at the door was super rude and had such a nasty attitude. Same with the first person at the window who helped us, she was rushing us for no reason and just made the whole thing uncomfortable. The second time I went to the window a different lady helped me and she was actually really sweet and helpful. I wish I remembered her name because we need more people like her and less of the rude ones."
