"Went to get my license changed and was given inaccurate information on what documents were needed. I arrived and the check in staff and security guard were very rude to everyone. Really need to do better on making sure employees understand what services are needed so they can relay the correct information of proper documentation required. Also work on being a little more polite, this experience made me never want to go here for any services I need if I can avoid doing so. Parking lot was a disaster trying to get in or out."
