"I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get my drivers licenses renewed. It took less than ten minutes. The place is clean, their employees are very courteous and helpful. When you go in, you are directed to fill out your personal information on a computer, then take a number. I wished I had known that I could have done this at home. This would have saved time. Being over 70, I couldnt renew online due to the eye test requirement. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience."

"It’s unfortunate that Ms. Pitts and Ms. Trellis is no longer with the DDS. They both were outstanding leaders.The current leadership under the supervision of Tiffany is horrible. Tiffany herself is very unprofessional, rude, and for the lack of a better phrase,” ghetto in her communication skills. I answered a questionnaire in which I was very displeased with the service. From that survey I received a call back from Tiffany. At that time Tiffany seemed genuinely concerned about the Issues I noted during the survey. I guess she was trying to be impressionable because she was new in the role of Supervisor. Being that she is the supervisor I saved her number into my database. Recently, I my spouse had an experience that was unpleasant, and I reached out to her directly. She in return asked in a very rude, unprofessional and ghetto tone, “ well, how did you get my number?” Her rude and unprofessional behavior is truly an indication as to why some of her staff take on her same work ethics. It is obvious that Tiffany inherit this position by default. It appears she was the only one at the time qualified to take over. As citizens we should be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. As a supervisor, Tiffany needs to realize that she should be a good communicator, a good planner, a good organizer, a good leader, and a good overseer of all resources under her care. I don’t appreciate my spouse being subjected to unprofessional service and behavior in an environment that is supposed to be Professional to all constituents."

"The staff here are as rude as can be! I went in to get a renewal of my license and Sierra was the attendant to assist me. It was an issue with my license and instead of attempting to help me rectify the issue she hands me a piece of paper, tells me to call them and shrugs her shoulders when I asked what the issue was. I had to call DC to discover that someone there has a similar name and same dob as myself. I asked Sierra if she would speak to the lady in DC, she complained of the lady in DC being rude and proceeded to hang up on the lady and complained to her co worker that the lady was rude. I will drive out of town from now on for anything having to do with DDS services!"
