Impossible to resolve any issues without attitude, and the most problematic people that the general public is forced to interface with. Retrain your workers; I saw a man drive a girl to tears in front of me while making fun of them to another customer. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Go to another DMV if you can."

"UPDATE: Went in this morning. I’d like to give a huge shout out to Natalie H.! She helped me out, was patient, communicative, and got me my drivers test and License all within 2 hours! And even advocated for me to make sure it all got done. She needs a HUGE raise. I’m changing my 1 star review to 5 star SOLELY because of her and her alone. Thank you so much Natalie! You relieved heaps of stress from this mama ❤️❤️❤️ God Bless You 🙏 Been trying to get my license reinstated due to me having a seizure related car accident 3 YEARS ago and have been medically cleared to drive for a year now. Constantly being told new paperwork I need. I finally have everything I need. I’m 30 weeks pregnant. I’m told to go in and present my paperwork. Then told I have to make an appointment. Try to do it online and the website can’t even find my DL information after I’ve put in my DL#, SS#, Name, Birthday, ETC. I tried to call and a damn AI robot answers then hangs up on me. I ended up breaking down in tears because I’m so stressed out over all of this nonsense with one person telling me one thing and then someone telling me something else the next time. I’ve had enough. This place does NOT care about you or getting you licensed. I’ll be going in first thing tomorrow morning and asking for a manager or SOMEBODY because this is ridiculous. I’m tired of being given the run around when all I need is a new license. They need to STOP. RELYING. ON. THE INTERNET AND AI to do all the work for them."
