"8:10am arrivals and I can see it’s almost 10 people in here and yes I know there is a wait time . But why is there a wait time for the ladies behind the glass to carry on a conversation about what they gone eat for lunch , local news , etc , while one person actually calling people names or numbers to be seen. Now for 10min , there was not one name or number called. This is crazy . Yes it may best to make an appointment when visiting this location. Maybe it’s just me and these hard chairs waiting . Or maybe this is normal like you at the ER"

"Have never had any issues getting the services I needed done quickly and efficiently. Only tip is to make sure you have all the right documents they require or else youd have to come back with it before they can move forward with your request! The place is always clean and employees are friendly! They had a room full of people but our ticket was still called within 10-15 minutes of waiting!!"
