AD Smith CDL Training

"I DO NOT recommend. Very disappointed. Please read.I had such high hopes when a friend told me about the AD Smith CDL training. Dr. Smith seemed like a great guy and I was excited to get the training I needed to start a new job and career. Unfortunately, that was short lived and I was wrong. In order to be able to attend training I had to leave my job due to conflicting schedule. I had another job lined up just had to get my CDL. The first day of training class lasted 4 hours. Was told there would be no class the following day due to Dr. Smith having a doctor appointment and that there was no class for the weekend either that class would resume Monday. Come Monday morning I was on the way to class an hour away and got a text saying due to a medical emergency class was cancelled. So later that night I reached out to Dr Smith about class for Tuesday. He said he would contact me the the next day with details concerning training for the week. He never did. I reached out to Dr Smith over and over and over again and his assistant with no response. After three weeks of texting and calling and getting no response. I finally got a response that I would be getting a call from someone for training..never got that call...a couple days later after texting and calling everyday ignored Dr Smith texted me with a schedule for training...four days later the day he set for training he texted me and said he was shutting down the school to until he was well and that he was mailing a refund check to me and I should receive it 2 days...as of today its been seven days and no refund check. Its been over a month since I paid and signed a contract with Ad Smith CDL Training..I was patient, kind, understanding, and never rude the 3 and a half weeks I was ignored and strung along. I am a single mother trying to better myself and take care of my family. I paid Alvario Smith at Ad Smith CDL training $2500.00. I left my job to complete training for a better job upon getting my CDLs. Dr Smith knew that. I never got the training I paid for. I am now unemployed and cant afford to pay for another training program. Dr smith refuses to communicate with me and give me my refund. This whole experience has taken so much from me and my family and Dr Smiths actions prove he doesnt care. This experience has affected me mentally, emotionally, and financially. I now have to deal with future legal proceedings and possible court costs to get my refund. Very unprofessional, does not communicate, did not full fill their end of the contract, has not issued my refund."
