"WARNING SCAM! We booked online called no answer. Emailed, they could not locate our profile or payment. Lied about sending me an email with confirmation and did not render any services. Their customer service is a joke and will not call you back and will lie to you. I went to their location to speak to someone in person and it’s the post office. There is no physical location for the driving school. STAY AWAY! To your response your system glitched and instead of telling that the information was lost, you lied and told me the confirmation was sent to me. Then YOu are blamed me for not filling out the form BUT I DID. Your system will not allow a payment to be processed without filling out the proper form. You take zero responsibility for yourself or your companies actions. 0/10 on customer service and support. DO NOT do business with this company. "DO NOT use this driving school. I booked 3 lessons over a month in advance. They called and canceled all 3 lessons a few hour before the first lesson. These lessons were to prepare my daughter for her driving test. They could not offer a rescheduled time any time close to the original dates which was weeks after her planned date to take the driving test. They did not offer solutions nor did they seem to care. They also refused to refund the $400 I paid in advance. Their website is also completely useless and you cannot schedule lessons on it. This place is a SCAM. Stay away from it."
