"I took the mature driver improvement course in order to get a discount on my insurance. I had taken the same course from this vendor in the past, and I noticed a drastic decline in quality. The content is boring and repetitive. The videos are poor and show the same repetitive images, often unrelated to the content. Moreover, the website clearly states that the hard copy course completion certificate is sent out first class USPS the following day (unless that falls on a Saturday/Sunday and or USPS Holiday), however mine wasnt mailed out until 7 days later."
