Pacific Coast Driving Academy - Driver Ed, Behind the Wheel Driver Training

"Update: 8/10/2025. Regrettably, another week has gone by, and the certificate has not yet been delivered due to a clerical error within their system. I would like to add a star to my rating, as the owner contacted me to explain the situation. While I received a reasonable explanation and understand the circumstances, it does not negate the overall experience and the delays it has caused. The owner offered to personally deliver the certificate to my home, but I declined, as it is no longer necessary now that my son has returned to school. A reasonable discount was offered to compensate for the inconvenience and negative experience. Given the discount, we might consider the driving course with this company in the future, although my confidence in working with them is currently not very high. Its been two weeks and still no certificate of completion for the online course. Website claims that it arrives in a few days, its now been a few weeks. I called 5 days after completion and I was given a vague response of when i should expect the certificate. I allowed another few days and emailed the company after not receiving the certificate. I received an email response stating that they will issue another certificate and it will arrive 3-5 business days. When I expressed my greivance it was brushed off. This has set us back and this definitely makes me not want to continue business with this driving school. I will have to look elsewhere for the additional driving hours."
